This may be our last year as a 3 venue circuit. 2014 will be a one year trial of two venues (Miami & St. Pete). The 2015 circuit will be decided after surveys go out and the class as a whole to determine if any changes will be made to the circuit.

• On the water mentorship program. We will match up participants that would like to work on their technique or tactics with seasoned veterans. To sign up as a mentor recipient or as a mentor, please send an email to southerncircuit@lightningclass.org
  
  
• NEW GAMES and ENTERTAINMENT are being planned in honor of the Classes 75th Anniversary! Brush up on your Lightning Trivia and be ready for a whole new scavenger hunt!
  
  
• Sailing the WHOLE circuit??? Receive a $25 discount* and sign up, register & pay for all 3 regattas thru the class website. No waiting in line to register, just pick up your meal tickets and SI’s at each venue. • Lodging options have been reserved! Check out the room blocks in Miami and St Pete. Act fast! Reservations must be made by February in order to secure these special rates. The availability of rooms at some of our “regular” hotel spots might be very tight (especially the Hampton Inn across the street from SPYC in St Pete) be sure to book early!
  
  
• We will be taking T-shirt and lunch orders on the Deep South Registration form. Be sure to sign up early and order your T-shirt’s in the sizes you want!
