Women's, Juniors' and Masters' North American Championship
The winds were challenging today, "it's never like this here" was heard in the boat yard and on the course. Winds were shifty, streaky and variable in pressure. On the Womens' course Courtney O'Connor cleaned up today with two bullets. The 17 Junior teams had four races, with Timmy Crann holding on to his first place position under challenging conditions. The Masters' was won by Peter Hall who sailed consistently well all week. The boats are packed, many will move over to Toms River Yacht Club for next weeks North American Championship. Tonight Metedeconk River Yacht Club will host an Awards Banquet at the club for all competitors in the three Championships.
