Dear Governing Board Member:
REMINDER - Governing Board Meeting this Saturday - thank you to the 17 who have registered so far. If you are planning to attend the meeting, please take a moment to register if you have not done so already. This is a Final Call for written reports! Thank you to Hugh Hutchison - Nominating Committee, Paco Sola - VP Pan Am Games, Joan Hurban and Lisa-Marie Lane - VP Lightning Labs and Bob Shapiro- NE District Commodore for submitting written reports. I will email those reports and any last minute additions out with the agenda before the meeting. If you have any questions or would like to be added to the agenda please let me know.
The Winter Governing Board Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 5th at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada).
The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Web Platform ( www.zoom.us ) At this time there are no items up for vote.
You will need to REGISTER IN ADVANCE for the meeting. Once you register you will then be emailed a meeting id and link to attend.
If you have any trouble registering for the meeting please let me know and I'll walk you through the process.
If you have any questions or would like to be added to the agenda please contact President Bill Bogardus or myself.
The agenda and meeting reports will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting. With the meeting be held virtually, it will be a lot easier and more efficient if Vice Presidents and District Commodores could send in a short report updating the group on what is happening in your area.
Reports can be short and simple, or more detailed.
If you are no longer a District Commodore please let me know as soon as possible so I can update the database and get the invitation out to the new representative.
