Dear Governing Board Member:
2023 is shaping up to be a busy sailing season!
The next Governing Board Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 11th at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada).
The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Web Platform ( www.zoom.us ) At this time there are no items up for vote.
You will need to REGISTER IN ADVANCE for the meeting. Once you register you will then be emailed a meeting id and link to attend.
If you have any trouble registering for the meeting please let me know and I'll walk you through the process.
If you have any questions or would like to be added to the agenda please contact President Bill Bogardus or myself. Some items that are currently on the agenda are:
- Proposed Dues Increase (to be voted on at Annual Winter Meeting)
- Electronics Policy Recommendation (to be voted on at the Annual Winter Meeting)
- Master's Committee Update
- Mast and Boat Production
The full agenda and meeting reports will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting. With the meeting be held virtually, it will be a lot easier and more efficient if Vice Presidents and District Commodores could send in a short report updating the group on what is happening in your area. Please submit reports by end of day Monday, March 6th.
Reports can be short and simple, or more detailed.
If you are no longer a District Commodore please let me know as soon as possible so I can update the database and get the invitation out to the new representative.
