Junior sailors cannot turn 21 by 12/31/2023 and Master Skippers must turn 55 years of age by 12/31/2023 and have a total combined age of 130 or more by 12/31/2023.
For qualified skippers, this regatta will serve as the US Qualifier for the 2024 Youth World Championship. To qualify, skipper cannot turn 21 by 12/31/2024 (the year of the championship).
