Dear Governing Board Member:
Due to the impending Hurricane at the Lightning Class Office (the second one in 2 weeks!), the Governing Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 10th at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada) has been RESCHEDULED to Thursday, October 24th at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada). I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Web Platform ( www.zoom.us ) There are no items up for vote.
As a Governing Board Member (Executive Committee, Vice President or District Commodore), we hope you will be in attendance at the meeting.
Zoom REGISTRATION for the meeting will stay the same. If you already registered you will not need to register again.
If you have not registered, you will need to REGISTER IN ADVANCE for the meeting. Once you register you will then be emailed a meeting id and link to attend.
If you have any trouble registering for the meeting please let me know and I'll walk you through the process.
If you have any questions or would like to be added to the agenda please contact President David Starck or myself.
The agenda and meeting reports will be sent out a few days prior to the meeting. With the meeting be held virtually, it will be a lot easier and more efficient if Vice Presidents and District Commodores could send in a short report updating the group on what is happening in your area. Please submit any additional reports by end of day Friday, October 18th.
Reports can be short and simple, or more detailed.
If you are no longer a District Commodore please let me know as soon as possible so I can update the database and get the invitation out to the new representative.
