Subject: Reminder - Annual Winter Meeting Notice & Fleet Captain Proxy Ballot - March 29, 2025 Meeting

Dear Fleet Captain:
 
 The Annual Winter Meeting of the International Lightning Class Association will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 1100 Eastern Time. 

Two items are up for vote/approval. These amendments have been proposed to improve the operational efficiency and accurately reflect the operations of the ILCA. Please review the PDF documents prior to voting. 
 
 
 
Please return your ballot AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We need to assure that we have a quorum for the meeting and can conduct Class business. You will have the opportunity to change your vote if you wish during the meeting. If you are no longer the Fleet Captain please notify the Class Office as soon as possible.
 
As a reminder, all personal and Fleet Membership Dues must be current in order for votes to be counted. 
 

The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Platform. You will need to Register in advance for this meeting:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
