Dear Governing Board Member:
The next Governing Board Meeting starts in 30 minutes: Wednesday - April 2 at 1200 Eastern Time (US and Canada).
The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom Web Platform ( www.zoom.us ) At this time there is one item up for vote.
Item 1 - Resolution to reassign Pymatuning Fleet 36 from the OH District to the Lake Erie District.
Item 1 - Resolution Changing District Assignment of Fleet 36
As a Governing Board Member (Executive Committee, Vice President or District Commodore), we hope you will be in attendance at the meeting. If you will not be please vote by Proxy Ballot or name a designated representative to act on your behalf. Please return your proxy ballot AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that the Class can conduct business. You will have the opportunity to change your vote up until the final call during the meeting.
You will need to REGISTER IN ADVANCE for the meeting. Once you register you will then be emailed a meeting id and link to attend.
If you have any trouble registering for the meeting please let me know and I'll walk you through the process.

If you are no longer a District Commodore please let me know as soon as possible so I can update the database and get the invitation out to the new representative.
