The Governing Board Meeting was held TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17TH at 1200 Eastern Time via a Virtual Meeting using the ZOOM Platform. District Commodores, Vice Presidents and the Executive committee met and with meeting proxies submitted a quorum was achieved.

The 2023-2024 Proposed Slate of Officers as presented by the Nominating Committee (Past President: Hugh Hutchison) and passed by vote taken.
