Hello Lightning sailors!
Our Annual Champagne Regatta and Classic Boat Get Together is just about 2 weeks away! We hope to see you there. We had a very good turnout in the fall last year as well as great sailing conditions. We are now back to our June date and are looking forward to a 2 day regatta.
We are fortunate to be hosting 2 fleets. The Champagne Regatta and Classic Lightning Get Together, one great event for 2 fleets of Lightnings.
The modern boats have a highly competitive regatta and the classics enjoy their annual "get together".
A complete celebration of everything great about the Lightning and those who sail them in one of the prettiest places to sail!
Please confirm back to me (and register on ILCA page) if you plan to attend the regatta and how many in your party. We are trying to get an approximate count for dinner, etc. So far we are expecting ~ 25 - 30 entries including 12 Classic entries.
